The warm and welcoming staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always ready with a smile and helpful tips on exploring the area. The inclusive policy for all children under 4 years old made our stay stress-free, allowing us to relax and enjoy quality time together. The convenient location near the Winterberg ski area was a definite plus, making it easy for us to indulge in some winter fun.Each morning, we looked forward to the hearty breakfast spread, setting a positive tone for our day of adventures ahead.
